During the process of purifying frying oil, it primarily adsorbs the following types of substances:

1.Free Fatty Acids (FFA): The primary culprit that reduces the oil's smoke point and causes rancidity.

2.Polar Compounds: Including aldehydes and ketones, these are harmful polymers formed from the deep oxidation of oil, which darken the oil's color and increase its viscosity.

3.Colorants/Pigments: Dark-colored substances originating from food debris or the breakdown of the oil itself.
