Method for decolorizing, deacidifying and deodorizing olive oil crude oil using magnesium silicate adsorbent

Evenly, let it sit for 4 hours, keeping the temperature at 40°C.   3) Add the mixture of full-fat active soybean flour, olive oil crude oil, and magnesium silicate compound in the previous step into the remaining 95 parts of olive oil crude oil, and stir at a constant speed of 50 rpm to make the full-fat active soybean flour, magnesium silicate compound Distribute evenly in the olive oil crude oil in the form of a suspension for 4 hours, keeping the temperature at 40°C.   4) Reduce the stirring speed to 30 rpm and stir evenly, heat the above olive oil mixture to 60°C, use a vacuum pump to maintain the relative vacuum in the container above -0.0814Mpa, and perform low-temperature distillation and dehydration until the moisture content of the olive oil is less than 0.1 %, while maintaining the relative vacuum degree unchanged, lower the temperature of the olive oil mixture to room temperature.   5) Inject the olive oil mixture into the filter for filtering to obtain first-class finished olive oil that meets the national standard.
