        EVA PV films face challenges like UV damage, heat - induced degradation, and moisture - related issues. Our synthetic aluminum silicate adsorbent is the solution. Laboratory tests show that after 1000 hours of UV exposure, EVA films with the adsorbent retained 85% of their initial mechanical strength, while those without only retained 50%. In high - temperature tests at 80°C for a month, the degradation rate of films with the adsorbent was 30% lower. Additionally, it can adsorb up to 70% of the moisture present in the film, effectively preventing moisture - related degradation. By overcoming these challenges, it ensures the film's stability, extends its lifespan, and maintains high - quality performance for solar panels.
