This product is typically available in small sachet packaging, ranging from 10g to 500g, designed to facilitate precise measurement and prevent overuse.
Recommended Dosage: Generally falls within 0.1% to 2% of the total weight of the food product, as specified by international food additive guidelines (e.g., FDA's GRAS status and EU's Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008).
For Frying Applications: Optimal dosage is 0.5% to 1% of the batter or coating mixture. Empty contents into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until evenly distributed.
For Powdered Food Mixes: Dosage of 0.1% to 0.5% is sufficient. Incorporate during dry mixing stage for homogeneous dispersion.
