Product Introduction:

        Magnesium Aluminum Carbonate, these cost effective additives significantly enhance PVC's resistance to heat-induced degradation. In thermal aging tests at 180°C, PVC samples without our additives started to show signs of discoloration and mechanical property decline within 30 minutes. However, when our magnesium aluminum carbonate additives were incorporated at a 3% weight ratio, the samples remained stable for over 120 minutes, with a 4-fold increase in the time to initial degradation. By efficiently scavenging the harmful HCl generated during PVC processing, they prevent premature aging and maintain product quality. With a lower price point compared to many alternatives, they offer an economical solution for PVC manufacturers aiming to improve thermal stabilization performance without breaking the bank.
