Experimental methods for evaluating the performance of magnesium aluminum carbonate in PVC thermal stability: 

1.Dynamic Thermomechanical Analysis (DMA):
Apply periodic forces to PVC samples and measure their dynamic mechanical properties at different temperatures, such as storage modulus, loss modulus, etc. Analyze the changes in these parameters with temperature and evaluate the effect of magnesium aluminum carbonate on the thermal stability and mechanical response of PVC at different temperatures.
2.Congo red:
Heat the PVC sample and Congo red test paper in a sealed test tube and observe the color change time of the Congo red test paper. The longer the color change time, the better the thermal stability of PVC, which is used to evaluate the role of magnesium aluminum carbonate in PVC thermal stability.
3.Rheological performance testing:
Measure the rheological properties of PVC melt, such as viscosity and elastic modulus, at different temperatures and shear rates using equipment such as a rotational rheometer. Evaluate the effect of magnesium aluminum carbonate on the thermal stability and flowability of PVC processing by analyzing rheological data.
