Application of Magnesium Silicate Adsorbent in the polyether polyol refining:
Put the crude polyoxypropylene polyol into the neutralization kettle, add a small amount of pure water under certain temperature conditions, stir and carry out the neutralization reaction, control the pH value of the neutralization liquid within the index, and then add 0.1-0.3% Magnesium Silicate Adsorbent at the same temperature, stir and raise the temperature for dehydration, control the dehydration rate, first slowly and then quickly to make the KH2PO3 crystals grow evenly. When the water content reaches the specified requirements, perform a filtration cycle. Analyze the K+ (Na+) ion content of the circulating liquid. Filter immediately when the requirements are met. The filtrate will be clear and transparent polyether.
