Application of Magnesium Aluminum Silicate Adsorbent in the polyether polyol refining.

Put the crude polyether polyol into the neutralization kettle, add a small amount of pure water under certain temperature conditions, stir and carry out neutralization reaction, control the pH value of the neutralization liquid within the index, and then add a certain amount of Magnesium Aluminum Silicate Adsorbent at the same temperature, keep for 1.5 to 2 hours for vacuum distillation and dehydration. When the water content reaches the specified requirements, perform a filtration cycle. Analyze the K+ (Na+) ion content of the circulating liquid. Filter immediately when the requirements are met. The filtrate will be clear and transparent polyether.
