Product Introduction:
Used frying oil undergoes degradation during the frying process, leading to the accumulation of undesirable impurities. These include fine food particles, suspended solids, free fatty acids (FFA), dark-colored compounds, oxidation products, and gums. These impurities negatively impact the oil's smoke point, flavor, color, and overall quality, and can accelerate further degradation. Effective purification is essential for extending the oil's lifespan and improving the quality of fried foods.Food Grade Magnesium Silicate acts as an excellent filter aid and adsorbent for the treatment of used frying oil.
